Detailed Events by Lo will work closely with the couple up to two months before the wedding day, providing complete management and coordination on the day of to ensure that everything is perfect. Package Details
- 2-3 meetings to understand the couple’s vision.
- Unlimited contact with your Wedding Coordinator/Lo up until your wedding day.
- Complete Wedding Management (you will not be bothered during the week or day of with vendors).
- On-Site Management. Day of the wedding your coordinator will be there to make sure all the moving parts are running smoothly.
- Walkthrough at the venue to go over all the details, ensuring a seamless day for you.
- Confirmation of all Contracted Services with vendors.
- Confirmation of music (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception).
- Wedding Checklists provided. Over the years we have compiled our Details List and our Full Planner Checklist that we provide to all our couples. We created this with our expertise and from previous experience to help guide you through your wedding planning.
- Full Day Timeline. Specific to your day! Well make sure everything runs smoothly, on time and is executed properly.
- Directing Bridal Party and Family for photos.
- Setting up all details (place cards, card boxes, programs, table numbers, guest book, cake cutting utensils, champagne flutes, family photos, cocktail napkins, custom signs, any details you have).
- Liaison with Photographer to ensure all desired pictures are captured.
- Distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors.
- Monitoring of card boxes/gifts and ensuring it’s safely transferred at the end of the night.
- Assisting with seating arrangements.
- Distributing bouquets and corsages to bridal parties and family.
- Placing chargers, menu cards, and favors at individual settings.
- Assisting you and your bridal party in getting dressed.
- Ensuring essential items such as wedding rings, vows, and marriage licenses are readily available.
- Providing an emergency kit for you and your bridal party.
- Addressing and resolving any issues that may arise during your event.
- Attendance at the rehearsal if it does not conflict with another event.
- Wedding Day Coordination for up to 10 hours (additional hours available upon request).
